About Peter Russo

Peter has over 20 years domestic and international experience in leadership, enterprise risk mangement and change management across a variety of industries including the Public Sector, Aviation and Finance. He is a certified Coach practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and extensively trained in Emotional Intelligence. He also uses core concepts and frameworks that are developed from NeuroLeadership as part of his effective contemporary change agent and engagement tools. He is passionate about building strategic influence to create operational outcomes.

Achievement for leadership improvement and organisational change is Peter’s mantra. His effectiveness is through gap analysis to identify the requirements, scope and plan the change requirements, then promote and nurture the awareness to ensure the required processes are attained. He is a strong advocate of professional change methodologies and is a member of the Leadership Think Tank along with Dr John Kotter, who is regarded by many as the authority on leadership and change.

Peter is also a Director with the Queensland Development Board for The Hunger Project. The Hunger Project is a global not for profit strategic organisation committed to the sustainable end of world hunger and supporting the development of women leaders. He is also a mentor for Leadership Victoria in the Not‐For‐Profit space, working with senior leaders and Boards to effect change into their organisations.
